With the Cyber Dragons, why not Power Bond, even with Skill Drain Twin is a 5600 beater. You might want to try Morphing Jar, I think you'll most of the times have few or none cards in your hand and so you can just reinforce your hand.

I don't really like Twin + Power Bond here since It's just a really big card disadvantage (2 materials +1 fusion card), and it's too easy to destroy (Solemn Judgment, Solemn Warning, Bottomless Trap Hole, etc.), so 2 CyDra is just better.

Morphing Jar can be useable, but it's just pretty risky and also can help my opponent especially when he/she uses a Fabled Deck. Or sometimes it's just a bigger advantage for him/her. But I'll give it a chance.

Well I would add Limiter Removal and Trunade for obvious reasons
I would follow neos and add Jar or addign Mechanical hound.
You could also think on future fusion or overload, since u have 2 Cyber Dragons You can summon chimeratech easly, maybe overload only.
