I could be the leader of Custom Card Maker Gallery, and if you want I can also be a sub-leader of the Deck Constructor forum.

We need a better layout, more oversight and organisation on the whole website.
Also the pink could be changed if it was me. And after that we need more members AND topics.

My conception for the design of the academy - the way how you should do the topics.

Example:

FORUM: Basic Forum
- Sub Forums
- Sub Forums

And under the Sub Forums you can find the topics. And for forums you would only show the title of the forum, not add any instructions or pictures for it. And forums should be SEPARATED from each other - to be able to find topics and sub-forums easily.

- Yu-Gi-Oh! News
FORUM: Academy: Virtual Dueling

EDIT: And please, remove that iPod box from the left side. First, it starts over and over again when you refresh the page. Second, I usually always listen music on my computer, and it just disturbs me. And to be honest, that kind of music is also not my cup of tea. :\

Please post a message proving that bakura normal gave u premission to use his banners, take a screenshot.

Now sheodon, i really dont have time to think on that,, all i can do is asking for active people.
but yes the players is also pissing me off, i will edit it later taking off the auto start and about the musics on it, you can suggest music u like as it uses youtube, and its optional to hear it.
About the sub forums we need banners first otherwise it will look ugly, even more lol.

If the reference of banners I did is good for you, I can do the topic & main banners.

if it was u to make them, yes u can count on my suggestions for design other than that yeah i would love so! U can work with hnery if if u want

I wasnt planning to switch the xiszting banners but yeah i know there quality isnt perfect and since they are made already i will change...but dont make the dorm banners, they are well like that.

UCP = User Control Panel. I didn't do any buttons KC because if I were you I would delete this function from the menu. Everybody knows the link of KC who's a member of the academy, and if someone wants to open it he/she'll just open a new window.

I did these ones, but to be honest I used a tutorial because I was too lazy to create something unique. The reason is that I really hate buttons (I usually use pure texts).

The main banner was made by me totally, without any tutorials or helps.It was totally made by me. Just like the topic banners/icons.
