First, next time you should write under the cards their effects, especially if you use YugiohCardMaker.net
Now, let's see the cards. First of all, as I can see, you have some minor/major grammatical errors. To correct your errors, I can suggest
this topic in YugiohCardMaker Forum.
Now, I'll rate the effects themselves.
Deep Sea TormentThis card can be a really good beatstick, but it only useable in a WATER Deck. Maybe with Ice Barriers, or you could also use it with Spiral Serpent: you discard it for Trade-In (for example in a Destiny Zero deck, where you also play with Plasma for Trade-In target), then Synchro Summon this (Deep Sea Diva + Caius - awesome combo), then equip Spiral Serpent. Nice job, I'll give for it a 10/10.
Deep Sea BabyThe substituting effect is nice since you created some Diva-specific Synchros, and this card can resolve some problems. However, its 2nd effect is a bit OP'd, since it can search everything which is WATER - for example it can also search a Codarus, or any other dangerous WATER monsters. 7/10
Deep Sea OverlordSome of its effect is OP'd, some of them is UP'd. And LV10 is not so much/less for 2 non-Tuner monsters. The S/T destroy effect can be nice, but usually you won't have enough WATER monsters to conduct it. But the another effect is a real beast with the mentioned Spiral Serpent or with an unforgotten card: Levia Dragon - Daedalus! Its searcher effect is also mad. 4/10, so much OP, even its stats are too good.
Armored Sea DivaUsually it can be risky, since it can be useless with poor stats if you won't send any monsters, but it can be a beast if you only mill WATER monsters, since you can immediately Special Summon the milled monsters - in a Pure Sea Serpent deck. Monster Mash deck, maybe...? 7/10, I don't feel nothing special here.
Deep Sea PegasusWhen I first read this card, my first opinion was "Meh...", but when I read it again, I noticed that it supports also Fish-Type monsters. So it can also be a Material in a Fish Synchro Deck... maybe a Deep Sea Fish Synchro Mixture deck? Nice, 8/10, its first effect can be sometimes irritating
Deep Sea KnightIt's an interesting idea that Deep Sea Diva would be also useable for Fusion, but okay. Its first effect sometimes really useable, sometimes just useless. But its second effect is really interesting, since it also can use Aquas as Tribute Fodders. That means that you would also drop 1 or 2 Treeborns to this deck too.
Nice idea, 8/10
Rainbow Sea HorseUseless in original Deep Sea building, but can be used as an OTK material. You can build around this card easily an OTK deck. Horsevise, or Seavise, or Rainbow-Vise, or something like that would be the name of the Deck: You summon it, Inferno Reckless Summon, then also use some Supervises/Blazewing Butterflies, Hidden Armory, then you can mill your opponent immediately. I don't know. It feels a bit OP'd but only in a good building. 6/10
Armored KrakenThe only problem with this card is that it can be searched easily with Mother Grizzly, then you Tribute it, and it's a free Synchro for you. 5/10, feeled so OP'd for me.
