my batteryman deck

ok lets see here. im a total newbie so i have no idea should i be even posting this here
(and im totally confused about the dorm/buying cardpacks ) im not even sure should i have registered here or is this for just a select few
(im a very paranoid person lol)

ok anyway i got this batteryman deck that i have been playing on the kaiba corp emulator
it has been doing ok but i still think it needs something i just dont know what so any improvements would be really appreciated

thats my deck i like it partly for the reason that its a bit rarer than all the damn metas that are everywhere...
I like to think any deck can be epic if played and built right lol
i just hope i posted this wrong and if all goes ok ill be staying on these forums if u guys will have me

stample on batteries is "Ultimate Offering" it lets u summon many batterymans to power them up, just like gadgets.
Other thing is, u must control ur field,so u dotn loose them, if u do, ur gone.
- 1 MST ( Heavy is enough)
+ 1 ultimate offering
- 1 hnd destruction
+ 2 marauding captain
- 1 battery chager (less a ss from grave but 2 ss from hand)

ok deck seems good, but u should abuse more their controling ability like final attack orders and those. also i'm not a fan of meta too xD

I would also:
- 1 threatning roar
+1 messenger of peace

threatning is good because cards like heavy storm wont stop it, and messenger is good because its more durable. idk...

didnt even think about ultimate offering can be very usefull here although i dont know about marauding captain sure its a special summon to help me use inferno reckless summon but else its kinda useless lol hand destruction is good to get some monsters to the grave and then use batterycharger/portable battery pack to summon them to my field but i guess 1 card dest is enough

messenger of peace could work but i got to admit im one of those persons who hate paying life points for spells lol thats why i never use solemn judgement i consider half my hp too big of a price

i should probably get rid of the magical mist but i cant shake the feeling it would come really handy at some point

i wonder if double summon would help this deck at all maybe for turn 1 double AA:s or something

but i will see after i change the deck up a bit

yes, but 100 life points for a spell that 70% of the times dont affect ur monsters is really good! also cards like jinzo that are very common wont stop it.
That hand destruction thing is a good idea, but believe me that when i made those combos in my batteryman deck some months ago, it ran very bad, cause then the draws failed...i will stude a little bit more the deck so i can have more ideas...You could also play Light and Darkness dragon, it has great field power and when destroyed gives u a batteryman for example.

light and darkness dragon is a good card i agree but a bit hard to get on the field when my goal is to summon batterymen

just got my ass kicked by a red eyes metal dragon deck that card is so op

batterymen decks rely on luck a fair bit too and thats what im trying to lower here right now my dream is to make this deck a non dead draw deck but thats pretty hard

- 1 batteryman micro cell (flip is very hard)
+ 1 industrial
2 short circuit is enough, hard to play it sometimes.
- 1 judgement of thunder (its good but hard to use, specially if u are out of draws)
+ 1 trade-in

i will stude it more when i have time.
also if u have doubts about card shop or anything on the academy, just say it by pm or in the support zone!

micro cell to me is pure win my enemy always attacks it allowing me to bring out a batteryman + 1 draw judgement of thunder is good too because it works for all summons

what i have had happened many times is this

my micro cell is killed i summon AA(or B or something) then i use judgement of thunder destroy the attacking monster

but i agree it might not be the best card just because i usually want my enemy to have 1 face up monster

industrial is a good card but it needs two batterys in grave to be removed and i dont really want to remove aas so i need micro cells for that too

trade in i cant see any use for it because i only got 2(3 if i add 1 industrial) level 8 monsters and industrial cant be summoned from grave so i woulld be throwing it away

guardian of order is better in my hand anyway because of his easy special summon when combined with batterymen

had a exiting match against 3E-hero today got a second turn kill lol 4 level 3000 monsters in 1 turn lol i love it when that happens(although 3E-hero was only testing a deck so it wasnt his best )

u have reason in that, but we need to have solutions to a bigger draw engine.
u have also thunder king as a good thunder monster.

i agree thunder king is a good card for its power to stop most searchers but i cant really find a spot for it

i guess i could take away my Super-Electromagnetic Voltech Dragon
it doesnt see much use and its mostly a last resort monster

im afraid ill just run out of power if i dont have more strong monsters batterymen are good but i have to have cards i can play after they go down

i was wondering if i could add 1 industrial and 1 return from third dimension i remove all AAs from play then play the trap for 3 3000 attack monsters for 1 turn

It's a good idea, just like 3 mokey+mokey smackdown is a good idea: it works in theory, but there are too many things that could go wrong.

yeah but the difference with mokey mokey is that theres much more ways to summon the batterymen AA:s and with the support cards and just their normal strenght they are powerfull even if not used in a otk combo

with micro cells special summon and chargers special summon its easy to keep a monster on the field and ofc the 3 AA monsters are just pure win

while it is true that they have more support, one well placed mirror force or lightning vortex (or heaven forbid Yubel/battle mania) and your strategy is gone, especialy if your facing a gravekeeper deck (which are picking up in popularity for some unknown reason). Personally, I think it is a good deck, but you have to think about how it could be countered, and respond to that as well.

yeah thats what im mostly trying to do these days to counter the ways this deck can be countered i agree gravekeepers/yubel ect are hard to beat but thats one of the things i love about this game theres always room for improvement

mirror force i agree is a evil evil card but with all the resses this deck has my cards rarely stay in the graveyard for long(although i could probably add 1 solemn and 1 more dark bribe to lessen the threath)

for protection u may also use my body as a shield or time machine.

my body as a shield is a good card but a heavy costs in using it ill have to see about that

time machine on the other hand might not be the best of cards as it only brings my monsters back if destroyed by battle which happens rarely with all my attack stop traps and spells(and quite strong monsters)

alright I see a good deck but my suggestion:

monsters:
-1 guardian of order(I'll switch with a better mons)
-1 cyber dragon(batterymen swarm pretty much)

+3 shining angel(more speed like microcell)

spells:
-1 hand destruction(it's a -1)

+1 limiter removal(battery otk even easierxD

traps:
-1 scrap-iron scarecrow(need some space)

shining angle is a good idea but i think ill put 2 angels and keep guardian cause its easy to summona and high attack

i replace my marauding captains with shining angels(2) i was wondering should i add a pot of avarice in here some where im not sure about it cause this deck uses graveyard so much

nice batteryman deck and with new card update u wil get batteryman fuel cell its like batteryman foultrrol really nice for swarming

I'd use the transmigration prophecy instead here since you do not dump that much monsters and it can affect spells/traps too from ANY graveyard meaning you can return malicious,plague ect to slow opponent down

also when ur using inferno reckless summon, you may need graveyard speed, so its pretty relative i woul day non of them fits here, but transmigration is way better for the reason that 3e-hero neos said

nemanja any idea when the card update is been drooling over those cards for ever lol

as most in the academy have seen my deck is now pretty powerfull with little dead draws ill post the recent version at some point
